DJ really stepped up tonight, for the second night in a row. 20 points last night and 21 tonight?! He is going to be a force this year for sure, and that's what we have needed. Griffin sat much of the second half, and we barely missed him.
So glad that we have the depth that we have, otherwise Portland would have finished that comeback. It was nice to be able to hold them off with our talented backups and fresh legs.
Our depth alone is going to win us a ton of games!

Yeah you could really see the difference between the two teams in terms of their depth. The Blazers couldn't rely on their bench at all and so they played the starters the entire second half, while the Clippers balanced it out between the starters and bench. The Blazers were just too fatigued to finish the comeback while we had fresh starters coming back into the game.

Glad that CP3 figured it out handle that new defender because thats when the blazers started making that big comeback. We won though gentlemen and thats what matters but these guys are learning how to play the game as a team loving watching these games. The bench or the starters.

Really nice win! Winning last night wouldn't have meant much if we can't win the games we should! I agree that even Portland's comeback was a sign of strength for us. They played great but in the end our depth got won out!
