For the GOP I think Bobby Jindal and Rand Paul will flare up early but the nod will go to Jeb Bush (if he wants it).
For the Dems, if Clinton runs she is going to take it. Not sure how many other options they have that are as legitimate as her. She is a political HORSE at this point. Ride her to the white house.
