Releasing Routt, deserved?

Was Routt playing bad enough to get released or did his relationship with the coach do him in? Do you guys think he can help a contender?

He wasn't worth the money that's for sure but then again it wasn't worth cutting him for the money he received they should have played him and tried to get as much return they could out of the guy

I think it was undeserving, but I am not in the office so I cant really say. I thought he was playing good! My honest opinion. He had a few penalties but he had 2 picks. So I felt they should have let him finish out the year.

his play was worthy as a nickel or dime back but that was about it. The guy sucks and was not deserving of 6 mil but they stil should have made him finsih out the year on this crummy team.
