Why is the time off on my posts?

My computer clock is right but this one seems to be off by an hour

Click User CP on the top left
Click Edit Options on the left side of browser (Under Settings & Options)
Scroll Down to Date & Time Options
Adjust time zone to your own
Scroll Down
Click Save Changes

Also, you probably have to turn DST corrections to "always off". Or maybe it's "always on", I don't remember.
