Interesting thought, it would require a Constitutional amendment (according to the guest), but still interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about it but it would certainly be a massive change from the current structure. The thing that concerns me is how do you apply this to a business. Or would we have a wealth tax for individuals and an income tax for businesses. Also, would we have a wealth tax for individuals from the federal government and then an income tax from the states.

Just like the billions we piss away every year on "aid" to oppresive regimes, useless wars, corporate giveaways(as they ship all our jobs overseas), etc etc etc.(times infinity)...

a friend and i were talking about this yesterday... it's one of the most brilliant plans i've ever seen, fiscally speaking. i was literally floored by how brilliant this was.
