This is why I am so against the Raptors trading Calderon. Lowry's style of play is so aggressive that he is going to be a higher risk of injury.

Or our training program sucks. Alex mcchehnie was supposed to be a training guru but our players seem to get injured more than the norm.....bad luck vs. improper training?
Watching Lowry get injured was heartbreaking.

This is it. It also sucks he is prone to ankle sprains. I have been in the same situation, and I always reaggravated my sprains under the basket coming down on feet. Its a terrible feeling.
As for the Alex bashing on groins and calves, I believe part of the reason those players had those injuries (AB, JC).. were the unbelievable minutes they were putting up nightly, on top of FIBA stuff in the summers. Conditioning and scheduling play a huge part in being able to rehab between games.

It took me years to find the video of that!

And it was Al Jefferson who almost lost his lunch.
"You are not acting like the person Mr. Rogers knew you could be."
damn i remember that. Garbo was the man too. He did it all. Easily had the best IQ on our team when he was here. Man why couldn't fields get injured lool. Lowry was that leader we've been looking for and this is like the same old story with the raptors. Lowry got some heart, hopefully he'll be back. And hopefully Bargnani stops playing like a lil b***t
Its def not the trainers fault...LOL
however, I do think that Lowry is a bit heavy for his height... he landed straight down with all his weight on his foot and didnt have time to react and absorb the landing...
