Which team will win the rights to negotiate with Ryu Hyun-Jin and how much will they be willing to pay

The Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians have shown concrete interest as they have each requested or already acquired his statistical information Sports2i, the Korea Baseball Organization official data provider.

I thought there's a cap on international free agents now and the Cubs already blew their wad on Paniagua?

Isn't there a question if he would be better as a relief pitcher vs a starter ?

Just by Keith Law so far that I have seen.

I think he'll be viewed as a starter until he's not. He'll almost definitely get a shot to start.

No Boston or NYYankees involved? Thats rare that they aren't in on an overseas ballplayer.

Isn't Lilly the Dodgers 6th starter at the moment? I can believe they'd show interest in Ryu, but I think this could be a rare case where they won't spend the most money.

Memories of Kei Igawa probably dance in the head of Cashman. Well, they probably don't because he was promptly forgotten about by anyone but the hardcores.

I'm also not too worried about the Dodgers in this one. They'll want something a little more proven, I think.

Anyone know if Suk Min Yoon will be posted?

I actually think he's nastier. He's a 26 year old righty, and my god look at his change:
