He has the talent to. He was (maybe one of NBAs) best off season signing considering the team they had and players they lost from their championship year.

The Suns Front Office looks pretty stupid now. They pursued Gordon and Beasley hard and were rumored to be interested in Mayo but did not give him a big offer. If they had Mayo now instead of Beasley they would be looking at a pretty nice future.

grabbed him in every fantasy league I'm in, really happy to see it obviously. I don't expect him to have 13 3-pointers in 2 games often, but it's pretty nasty.

Never got the hype on OJ honestly. Not a great athlete, short for a SG, and wasn't that great in his one season in college. I honestly never got it. Good player? Sure. The next superstar? I didn't see it.

Carlisle and Dirk have changed Mayo work ethic

He studies film every single night with Carlisle

He is in the gym more than anyone on the team shooting

Has even said time in Memphis was a waste

And has solo practices with Carlisle every night they don't have a game

He wants to be great and Carlisle is given him the light to be

He will get even better when Dirk is back

1) Pick and Roll with Dirk is unstoppable where they have to double and leave Mayo

2) Will get a lot more open shots
