So far I have liked Pek's D. I don't know what the advanced stats say but he looks to be making a lot more plays than last year. At least being able to adjust shots. I think we match up with almost every team in the West when fully healthy. I think with AK he should be able to cover the likes of Kobe and Durant.

well, we haven't run into a player like that, who I think can get Kirilenko in foul trouble. I think he can cover Kobe at this point, 1350 games slows a man down. Durant, not sure, LeBron will just mow through him. But if you are complaining about him not being able to stop THE best, and everyone else no problem, that is a good sign haha.

Individually, Pek's defense hasn't been bad at all per stats. However, because his backup is a specialist, we are better statistically on that end with Pek sitting. That is because Dante/Stiemsma are in when he is out many times, and those two are very good defenders.

cbs's updated today. #7, with the following quote:
I like this guy! Not because of the ranking, but he has some pretty entertaining comments.

    Orlando:

You know that moment when you first realized there was no Santa Claus? Yeah, that.
    Houston

Well, they're losing constantly now, but at least they're not playing their young guys at all.

Man that CBS guy can't spell and his rankings are terrible. We should be nowhere in the top 15 until Rubio and Love are back.

    PSD Grammar Lesson #1:

    a) their - stands for "belonging to them"
    b) there - means "over there" as in location
    c) they're - short for "they are"

    Mark Sten's ESPN Rankings

    Up from 22 to 19.

Sounds like the whispers about Ricky Rubio coming back by Christmas are true given the fact he's already back on the practice floor. I'm thus inclined to tempt fate and say Sota, hovering around .500 after all the injuries and with Kevin Love already back, has seen the worst of the storm.

Have you guys checked this recently?

I was glad to see us climbing the board and found myself more surprised by some of the teams below us than above.
