Improved officiating in the nba

So ive watched a couple games this year and im noticing those annoying ticky tack fouls arent being called anymore. This speeds the game up and brings us back to the 90's basketball feel which is great. The flopping rule was a good move as well as video reviewing of any flagrant foul. Has anyone else noticed that the refs are letting players play this year?

I think they have been terrible to be honest, but that might just be because of all those "ticky-tack" fouls that were being called messed up my judgement.

I like the officiating so far man. It seems like the elite teams are receiving less of the star treatment which is actually making games closer this year. Its a good nba season and Stern is gone in Januray.

I was never a fan of giving elite players favorable calls. Call the game the way you see it and thats that. I think thats whats going on this yr.

I love that they'er not rewarding the flop this year and are letting the players bang and play hard. It beautiful. On a side note though, can Dwight bang to pleeeeeease, some of these horrible calls against him need to be reviewed, but overall good job.
