    At Pierce's age and given his body type... even with the weight loss... I'm not convinced his legs will come back to him if he is asked to play 32+ plus minutes a game or heavens forbid the 40+ he played last night.

    I agree that coaches often have to worry about egos when dealing with their players but I think if Doc approached Pierce the right away about it that he might embrace coming off the bench. He could still get 30+ minutes a game and play at crunch time.
