My great aunt owned a piano like that and donated it to her local church; all of the ivory keys were stolen its first night there.

Good thing that will never happen at the C of D.

I brought that newspaper to school and my American History teacher gave me extra credit on it because she was so ecstatic.

Always appreciated the piano and would like to learn it but I first need to buy a drum set and learn to play those.

I find some consolation in having learned the keyboard after 10 years of guitar and bass.

I probably shouldnt have been so honest about my affinity for the keyboard though.

I think it has something to do with my love of 80s culture.

Never really learned how to play the piano. I basically taught myself chords in the right hand and an improv bass in the left and then i sort of wing it.

Yup. I'm a Jets and Knicks fan but its just not worth posting on those boards. There is just a higher quality of discourse here. (Wait, did I just say that?)

Poor kids at Sandy Hook Elementary School... How could somebody do that to anybody, especially little kids?

    Its incredibly sad.

Now they think he also killed his mom.

I am sure they will find out that he had severe mental issues and/or a criminal history.

There are no words to describe how awful something like this is.

    Walk through Central Park

Go see the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

Go to St. Marks (Astor Place, East Village) to the Mud Truck. Great coffee, cheap. Around that block is a ton of cheap places to eat.

Go down 5th avenue or Lexington Avenue and look at the Christmas window displays.

There's an awesome cookie place in the west village, I forget the name though. Best cookies.

    Keys to a successful date:

    1) Chloroform

    2) Cab drivers who don't ask questions

    3) ????????

    4) Profit
