This team is BETTER than last years

I know the haters and the doubters want to say so badly that our team got worst with the trades we made over the summer, ...but really our team is better.

Ok.. we lost CJ watson, J. Lucas, and K. Korver. Nate Robinson's offense, and K. Hinrich's defense, have completely replaced those players. (K. Hinrich's defense is really on SHUT DOWN mode!!) R. Hamilton is in shape, and looks like he's ready to avg a solid 15ppg. Throw in M. Bellini, whose is finally showing signs of life, then J. Butler who is already filling R. Brewers role defensively, and he has better offensive abilities, and gets to the FT line.

SO WHAT ARE WE MISSING OTHER THAN D. ROSE?!?... nothing.
This team has better guard defense, and defensive energy with K. Hinrich,N.Robinson, T.Gibson & Noah.... more 3 pt range with Rose, Hamilton, Deng, Hinrich, Bellineli, & Radmanovic... more fast breaks Rose, Deng, N. Robinson, Hamilton, Butler, and the same beast rebounding w/ Noah, Boozer Taj

Our biggest loss was Asik defensively... but N. Mohammed is actually pretty damn solid,... and will give you 6-10pts on any given night. Noah is playing out of his mind, and BOOZER is even playing some defense!!!

Throw D. Rose back in the midst of this team, and its F'N PROBLEMS!

The only downgrade was Asik (and obviously not having Derrick). Other than that I like our bench better, at least on paper and what we've seen so far. Don't say that too loud though. The trolls will come running.

Kirk, Robinson is alot better than Watson, Lucas
Butler is a younger version of brewer with alot more potential.
The ones we actually miss is korver and Asik but atleast Rip and Noah will get more minutes without them.

I wouldn't call it better just yet, but in general don't underestimate the power of Thibs.

Way higher. Dude has like a 900 foot vertical. In all seriousness his no-step Vert is 31". His full is probably something close to 35/36". He has crazy hops.

And then. He made them pancakes.

It's been 2 games with a team that has a bunch of new players who have not fully established chemistry yet. They are only going to get better as they get more comfortable playing with each other yet they already look good right now hence the excitement.

I think we really have to wait until this team plays against better defensive teams. They (Bulls) should be a very good defensive team, but offensively there really is no shot creator. Deng, Boozer and Rip are all nice 3rd options.
