If I wasn't clear. There has been new information regarding Nenes health that wasn't available when the trade was offered.

Basically. The league should vote against that trade since Nene may be a game time decision for the rest of the season barring pain that he feels day to day. This is news being reported today.

I don't think it's a lopsided trade. I think MIBS has the upper-hand, but it's relatively fair.

Mibs doesn't win the trade based on expected wins according to yahoo sports 3 days ago. And I thought it was pretty fair for both sides until I read about Nene today. Let's see what happens I still like the trade if nenes not hurt. I should know more tomorrow regarding nenes condition hopefully

I think MIBs wins the deal but I certainly don't think it's lopsided either.

It's lopsided if nenes unexpectedly stil injured a la Bogut which means the trade should be recinded if that's the case. There should be a vote though regardless.

If nene has a setback of any kind within the next day or two (which was unforeseen two days ago) then the trade must be recinded.. That's lopsided.
