So we have the Lakers pick for this year right?

0-3 start. I know it's early and the Lakers have a lot of talent but but if they tank this season and end up with a lotto pick it goes to us right?

anyone know the details on the picks PHX got from LAL?

Unprotected because they thought they were #1 team in the West. I think not sure though. I'm hoping Dwight and Nash's back problems start bugging them again and the Lakers are in the lottery .

We've got their 1st rounder this year and it's likely unprotected as there's no way in hell they'll be a lottery team. Even if things go badly for the Lakers all through the season I still think the best pick we can expect would be like the 20th or something. Too much talent on that team to be bad.

I think we did have their 2nd rounder for this year but we traded that in the Lopez deal (it might be a different years pick).

^^Yes I think in exchange we got the Minny pick they acquired from somebody else. I think it was from Mem.

Yeah it's a Memphis lottery protected 1st rounder.

This year we get the worst of the Miami/Lakers 1 round picks. So even if LA has the 15th pick, we will end up with the 29-30 pick of Miami
