I'm shocked to see that there really hasn't been a thread in this forum for a long time about Macklemore. I've only recently gotten into him and wow, I have yet to find a song of his that I don't like. His songs are so real and are a big change from some of the recent crap coming out of the rap industry. What do you guys think?

There's been a few threads, he's just getting to the point of getting big. By the summer, he'll be huge. It's gotta happen at some point, right? I've been listening to his stuff since last year, and he is just too real.
I think it'll be real soon that he'll be big time. I'm going to NY on December 6th to see him for the day. Pumped!

He's a legit guy no doubt. He better get big soon, although it's not like he's not known at all. He's moderately popular but he hasn't even put out a non-EP album yet. I think he'll hit it big really soon, he's such a great rapper.

I havn't been listening to his stuff for that long, but I'm definitely a fan. I could see him having a Slug type of following/fan base.

He's really huge in Seattle, especially since he finishes all of his tours in Seattle.

Love Macklemore, dude's dope. He performs in Oregon all the time since he's Northwest but I still haven't been to one of his shows, I wanna try and catch the next one though.
