I think I'd be pretty pleased with the Astros guy or Karros at this point.
I think it's gonna end up being Karros and I wouldn't have any problem with that.

plesac out
linkagePlesac told ESPNChicago.com that he informed WGN executive producer Bob Vorwald on Friday that he was withdrawing his name from consideration and staying with the MLB Network, where Plesac has worked since it began in January 2009.
Thank God.
Deshaies please!
Karros' speech impediment is annoying. Sorry to be superficial but it's a major distraction.
cubs fan since '84.
Posted this in another thread, but Bruce Levine just said on Talkin' Baseball that he believes Eric Karros and Mark DeRosa are the leading candidates to replace Bob Brenly.
Marky Mark DeRosa?
I'm into that.
Stoops....there it is!Fix it. Fix it good.
I can see derosa developing into a good broadcaster over time
Mehh. Plesacs voice is kinda annoying. I do like him tho. What about Hee-Seop-Choi? He could offer great insight on Fujikawa... Len and Hee-Seop just flows and has a nice ring to it!
