That one stretch for Harden was disgusting. He drilled a three and when the Pistons answered on the other end, he drove the length of the floor, split two defenders and laid it in. 13 points, 5 assists, 2 boards and 1 block in 13 minutes...

Defensively, this team leaves something to be desired. But this team has SO much potential offensively. The pick and roll opportunities with Lin and Asik have paid off multiple times, and Lin, Harden and Parsons are such excellent passers that they seem to get open shots and find open guys on every possession. Even Morris has gotten good looks, although I'd much rather have Patterson or Jones in the starting lineup.

Harden - 19 pts on 61% shooting / 3 reb / 5 assists

I think the problem is that they don't have Patterson in this game. Because when Asik goes to the bench, Morris and Smith are just two undersized defensively and they're getting killed in the paint. Most of Detroit's success has been on the perimeter, though, so you can't kill Houston too much for that. But when Asik is on the floor, they're clearly a much better defensive team.
