For whatever reason the site upgrade (which I give a C+ so far) only lets me access 8 pgs. or past posts. Which is fine. Except they're all from 2007-08. Including my "Pitch went boom!" post in the LAD thread that got me a 10-day rip and cost me the rest of the 2008 postseason.

Any BSG fans on the boards? First 2 seasons were outstanding. I'm halfway through the 3rd season and it has descended into a nearly unwatchable "parable" or "allegory" or whatever the hell you want to call it on Iraq and terrorism. The moral equivalency on display is pretty disgusting. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter and ******** like that.

Trying to plow through, but it's pretty reprehensible. Hoping it gets better but seeing as how the entirety of the series ran during the GWB years I'm not sure that's possible. Once you've gone over the cliff it's hard to pull back up.

I haven't watched it myself, but I think I heard they make at least a partial recovery.

It'sgetting slightly better, now more into expanding mythology, filling backstory. Which is fine. I'd quit but I only have about 20 more eps to go.

The acting is universally superb.

yup....it came out terrific....YUM!!! It took about 3 hours of prep time, but it was worth it.

The app sucked anyway. Just use your browser and switch to mobile skin, it's much better.
