Mrs Fred went to the local casino and I don't like going there...my daughter was out of town, dop Fred curled up with the hostory channel, coors light, my 3 dogs and one cat...good times...

Great things occasionally happen on twitter. For example, one of the writers I follow is retweeting a bunch of people bragging about how they smell like their colon.

Best example:

"Haha I love it when girls get excited over my colon.... Yes... I smell good"

Worked a karaoke show at my regular Friday night place. Good time with good friends. Drank in moderation as I had a drive home to worry about. Housed some Mickey D's today for the first time in a year (2012 resolution). This year I add all junk-type foods to my no-fly list.

1/1/12: 252 lbs.
1/1/13: 236.5 lbs.

I did nothing special to my diet/ exercise routine aside from quitting fast food, so I attribute the 15.5 lb. weight loss solely on not ingesting McDonald's 100x a year.

I went to the In Laws for a bit, then to a cousins house with my mother's side of the family. After 12 we picked up my sister in law and her husband and went to a pub. Got home at around 5AM.

Has been a pretty bad *** weekend drinking wise. Thursday went to a sports bar with some friends, Friday we took off, Saturday was David Guetta's concert which was ridic, then Sunday we had a Chinchorro tour and then Monday/Tuesday happened.
