You can state the fact that the NBA is lacking in White basketball player talent, no one will argue that point. However your statement and I quote That dribbling is only impressive because hes white. The fact you actually have to mention the guy is white makes it at least stereotyping.

Lets change the sport for a second try to make you see our point of view: lets say you post a video of really good black hockey player. And I make the statement " Hes only getting attention because hes a black hockey player, you can find someone white just as good in some other upscale neighborhood." Your telling me your ok with that statement?

Honestly, not every player is a superstar. The NBA consists of the best basketball players in the world outside of leagues in Eruope and China that could harvest talent that could compete.

Redick is averaging 14.2 PPG with 5 assists and 2 boards. It's nothing incredible, but it's well above his career averages and he's a solid player.

Oh, and Blake Griffin isn't contributing? Jason Kidd isn't still playing hard at 38? Come on now, you're not even making sense. This shouldn't even be about race, it's irrelevant in sports.

Many sports just have different demographics, and you analogy to hockey is spot on. Baseball has a declining percentage of African American players, but if someone who could blast 70 home runs a year and happened to be African American hopped on the scene, it would be wrong to say he's getting the attention solely because of his race.
