Ryans was a steal for this team....I know the defense is struggling right now, but next year with experience from this year he'll be able to run that defense the way Trots and BDawk did....

I want to see the Eagles concentrate on this year draft because the more you add players from other teams, the more you have to wait for them to make a transition into you're offensive and defensive scheme...a problem I think the team is realizing this year with all the free agent acquisitions at key positions (DL, CB, LB, OL)...two of those three are targets of the fan's wrath this season (DL & CB)...

Find a defensive coordinator that can play a system that will allow the players to play to their strengths....Say farewell to the WIDE 9....Let Vinny Curry play and get rid of Babin....

Five questions I'd like to see answered sooner then later....
Is this offensive line good enough when completely healthy?
If this is a lost year for the Eagles, why aren't all the rookies playing a more prominent role from here on out? (ex. Curry, Marsh, Boykins, etc.)
Does Reid get another year with this team because of all the injuries?
Did the Eagles go too small with receivers?
Is Vick gone after this season?

vick will be bought at seasons end. if greg roman, current 49er offensive coordinator, gets the head coach gig in philly(reid is as good as gone), the eagles will trade a mid rd pick to sf for alex smith.

He's a much better option than Foles right now.

Alex Smith is? I'm far from sold on Foles, but I'd easily take him over Smith.

If Alex Smith is the QB of the Philadelphia Eagles next year I'm going to headbutt a speeding train.

It's funny, I feel the same way about Nick Foles. I've seen six quarters of Foles and I've already seen enough.

You're crazy, man. You either think nothing of Alex Smith or are just delusional about Foles' future.

Alex Smith is a game manager. He's going to hold on to the ball and do everything in his power to win football games. He showed that off leading the best team in the NFL last year. It's a joke how he did literally nothing to lose his job this year, yet they move on with an unproven rookie who will most likely cost that team wins going into the stretch.

Some team looking for a stop gap QB until they draft a stud is going to be lucky to pick him up.
