Jeremy tyler interests me. Always had a soft spot for the dude. I remember Sean Williams being mentioned last season. He back in D-League?

I still would love to see Sean get a chance on a team that it isn't so veteran. All the teams he caught back onto were set. I think on a squad like ours that needs some experience he would be a nice fit. I don't even think he's in the D-League.
Blair would be my immediate help guy.
Of the guys we have a realistic chance of getting and for the long term I think Tyler is by far the best fit. I think he's in need of a new scenery he's log jammed in his position. We could easily get pick him up for a future 2nd or cash consideration.
I like all these role playing names im hearing, but i think the bigger issue is at center. And a lot of thesr guys are really short for the 5, and with thad, i dont know how much extra time there is to squeeze in another 4.

Blair and Williams have both played at the 5. I'm not saying it would be a great solution but they are versatile enough to get some minutes there. I'm not really thrilled with what we are getting out of the 4 though. I think we need someone to come in here and push these guys minutes.
I think Blair could come in here and start right away though.
We are already small, i dont like it.
And blair played the 5 with duncan, so that kind of offsets the size issue.

We need size and rebounding.... In a big way....

No I'm thrilled with Thad's play. IMO I think he is one of the key guys for us to become a contender. But I think his best value to us is off the bench.
My disappointment out of the 4/5 guys is the Hawes, Allen, and Brown. They are giving us nothing 3 bigs with only one even averaging barely over 5 RPG. That's not helping us at all.
People slam Blair for being undersized but the boy grabs rebounds when given consistent minutes. I was just looking something up on him and didn't realize he was only 23 yo. For some reason I was thinking he was much older 25-27 range.
Blair is 6'6.... Itd be one thing if we had a 6'10 guy to play with him, or even bynum.
But thad is 6'7 lavoy is 6'9 hawes is 7'1 but he sure doesnt play like it..... I dont like giving up that much size.

After adding all those shooters this offseason......Evan Turner is leading the team in 3pt %. What? Spencer Hawes is second.
So is Paul Millsap so was Charles, not saying he's anything close to Barley. But sometimes there are those small guys who just know how to bang and get boards. You negate that fact that he is 265-270 lbs. Thad, Lavoy, Moultrie, and Hawes don't even come within 20 lbs of this guy. His body type makes up a lot for those extra inches he gives up.
I agree Blair would be better with a 6'10" guy next to him. But were already running smaller guys out there who aren't getting it done. I'd rather get Blair and give him minutes they would have otherwise had. It's not like this guy has played against weak competition.
watching iggy playing right now and he is absolutely awful in every way right now. i havent seen many of his games but this is really bad.
