    Best Headline EVER...

Hurricane Sandy Destroys Citi Field, Wilpons forced to sell.

Granted it won't happen...but one can dream LOL, (BTW I do not wish any injury to anyone whom might have to be working at Citi during/after the storm)

For all of you who like me live in NYC please stay safe during this storm and my best wishes to you all and your families.

OH and before anyone makes a supposition, the "Sandy" I am referring to is the storm, not our illustrious GM...

My 76 Cougar which I drove to College in 1982 was old. I'm sure there are a few more posters whose 1st vehicles were a bit older.

How about Hurricane Sandy wipes out Wilpon and leaves Citi Field in perfect condition?

I'm not joking about it, I'm joking about the joke made by the OP, which wasn't even a joke.

I was very much a part of Sandy as everybody else on the east coast, obviously, because I live on Long Island. Don't try to assume that I feel zero sympathy for something like this because I do.

Ok, but just know that I was effected just as much as everyone else, so I have nothing to really joke about it. Luckily no major damage to the home and even more fortunate to have no known deaths

My friend's house is somewhere in the Atlantic.

To me it's not that funny.

Sorry to hear that but being upset about other people's way of dealing with it, doesn't change a thing.

When my brother blew his brains off 3 weeks ago after he came back, crying/ being mad about it didn't bring him back. Scolding people who say "This day (or whatever) is so ____, I just wanna kill myself right now" or who do the hand gesture of a gun to their heads for something minute, is not gonna bring him back. Sorry if I hurt people's feelings on here. I'll do my thing and be there for people who need help monetarily/emotionally. That is a way to help those affected. Not monitor and ***** at people for joking about a circumstance is not gonna alter the past or present.
