    Week 8: Seattle Seahawks (4-3) @ Detroit Lions (2-4)

Thought I would open this up until a mod edits it over to the regular game thread. Mods please edit this.

    Time: 1:00pm ET (10am PT)
    TV: Fox
    Place: Ford Field

Why this game is intriguing: The Seattle Seahawks can be a devastating team, pulling out some clutch wins; but only at home, where their three most impressive wins have come. On the road, this time visiting the Detroit Lions, you'll see a different team. That knocks this matchup down a few notches. Even with all his heroics, Russell Wilson still faces questions as Seattle's starting signal-caller. Will a fierce Detroit D-line add more fuel to the QB controversy fire? As for the Lions, a major test for Calvin Johnson against Seattle's physical defensive backs should tell us where he is as a player this year.

I'm pretty friggin scared of Detroit.

I know they haven't looked very good but they have some good talent.

I say we win this one but only if they open the offense up and let Russell do his thing.

I'll leave when I'm good and ready

John Schneider: Hey Pete who should we grab in the 3rd round?
Pete Carrol: I don't know John, what do you think Darkwing?

Exactly how I feel. The receivers need to show up too. Charly Martin needs to step up big in place of Dougie B.

    Cry me a river.

Look at the time stamp of this post. I've been up for 45 minutes. It's called "being an adult."

I really have no problem with early games just hate it for the team because for the first half there sleep walking it seems.

I prefer 1:00 games. Not cause it's too early or anything. I just like watching them later.
You have no idea how excited I am right now.

I'm not really fond of the 10AM start time, not because its early, but because it conflicts with engagements that take precedent on Sunday. Atleast I can check the score on my phone.
