    Anybody like Torri Hunter?

Yeah, he's 37, but he'd be a good stop gap OF for us, no? Hit .313 this past season 16 HR and 92 RBIs in 534 ABs.. yeah, he struck out a ton ( 133 times ) but not bad considering we're a team that thrives off of veteran leadership in the field.. he could/should be an option this off season.. My two cents..

    Over signing Swisher? Hell yes.

    Over Ichiro? Hell no.

Hunter is declining, but I read yesterday he really wants to go back to the Angels and that they might be able to work out a 2/20 deal.

I vote with Leo that we bring back Ichiro. I think we're in the minority though.

You know what's funny, Swisher is like 50 times better than Hunter. So no.

Ichiro!!! I think we should all take a vote of where Swisher is going. Red Sox, I believe.

    I think Red Sox too.

Mike at RAB said he thought he'd wind up with the Rangers.

I wish we had him a long time ago. For me he was one of the most if not 'the' most exciting centerfielders I ever saw. Pain in the butt on the basepaths too.
I am not sure if it makes sense to get him but if we ever did I would be glad. He is a class guy for sure but class does not put runs on the scoreboard.

He certainly is a player you want in the clubhouse. Tori Hunter is good for baseball.

I'd rather sign Hunter to a cheap deal rather than sign Swisher to a big deal.
