    I do prefer Ichiro, once he got comftable in our line up he was very productive. And he is still a hell of an outfielder. Swish is out the door so is Soriano. We'll have to see how we do in this years free agency. He do have a couple of holes. Napoli would be great but Texas is not letting him go.

    He's a free agent so Texas has no choice. I've read that they probably won't even make a qualifying offer to him because they're afraid he'll accept it.

    All that aside, unless you like living and dying by the HR, Napoli has no appeal. He's another slow, station to station hitter, who strikes out WAY too much (more often than Curtis Granderson).

    No way the team signs Napoli unless its for the DH spot. Girardi hates his offensive catchers that suck behind the plate.
