Yeah, he's 37, but he'd be a good stop gap OF for us, no? Hit .313 this past season 16 HR and 92 RBIs in 534 ABs.. yeah, he struck out a ton ( 133 times ) but not bad considering we're a team that thrives off of veteran leadership in the field.. he could/should be an option this off season.. I wish we had him a long time ago. For me he was one of the most if not 'the' most exciting centerfielders I ever saw. Pain in the butt on the basepaths too.
I am not sure if it makes sense to get him but if we ever did I would be glad. He is a class guy for sure but class does not put runs on the scoreboard.
He certainly is a player you want in the clubhouse. Tori Hunter is good for baseball.
