    4-3 and 3-4 D

Best possible 4-3 D and 3-4 D in the league?
You can only use players who play in their specific scheme.

For example, you cannot use Haloti Ngata as a 4-3 DT or JPP as a 3-4 OLB.

    4-3 and 3-4 D

    Peppers/suh/Atkins/JPP

    Briggs/Posluszny/weatherspoon

Would be pretty sick, but making 3-4 with the current players in the league will stack up the best

    43:

    Peppers | Wilfork | Atkins | JPP

    Greenway | Laurinaitis | Weatherspoon

(Probably Von Miller though instead of either Greenway or Spoon would be acceptable though.)
(Also, D'Qwell Jackson at MLB would be acceptable as well.)

    34:

    C. Campbell | Ngata | Watt
    C. Matthews | Willis | Cushing | D. Ware

(Bowman for an ILB would absolutely make sense as well, and maybe Lee.)

    I'll take PK's 4-3 D-line.

    But the LB's I'll go:
    Von - Urlacher - Briggs.

In the 3-4 give me PK's D-line but swap out Clay for Wake

Of course, assuming all are healthy,

    4-3

Line: Dumervil - Atkins - Suh - Allen
LBs: Miller - Vilma - Briggs

    3-4

Line: Watt - Ngata - Smith
LBs: Ware - Willis - Harris - Woodley

Only thing about Wake though is that he's playing 43 DE this year.

I know he's played 34 OLB his whole career up until this year, but according to OP we got to go with where they are aligned right now.

Edit: For me, it's hard to validate a 43 LB corp without having Greenway or Spoon in it tbh, and I know how great Briggs/Miller are.

I think to a large extent you got to take one of Greenway or Spoon, then take one of Briggs/Miller.

I love Greenway because honestly he could play MIKE, he can play any LB position probably.

You gotta have Briggs in any 4-3 D.

    Nah you don't.

    Chad Greenway could replace him.

    4-3 and 3-4 D

    Yeah

    Smith-ngata-watt is sick.

    Hard to refute that.

As much as I like Allen and believe he is a master of many moves.

Peppers/wilfork/Atkins/JPP as pk said is just collapsing press every play. No RB could do anything or QB picks galore and sacks. Plus that system would be correct with the DTs in their correct techniques
