I don't think he would bring his entire 95 offensive snaps a game offense to the NFL is the point. Yes he will have certain areas of his playbook that he brings and would most likely like to get the most snaps he could get on offense but you would have to imagine with how smart at planning, managing and adapting that he seems from every article that he would be able to adjust an offense to more of the style of the NFL sort of like the Patriots with Belicheck who has stated that he has taken certain things from the Oregon offense and implemented it into NE's just like he did a couple years ago with Urban Meyer from Florida's offense. I think this is where most people get caught up on. They think just because one guy runs a style of offense at one place that he has to stick to exactly that style of offense the next place. He isn't a WCO coach like Shurmer that has to stay with the refines of only WCO offense plays. I see him more like McCarthy from GB where at GB he does run the WCO but he runs his own style of WCO offense and not just the traditional style. I think it would be refreshing to see a different type of coach in Cleveland where he would bring innoventive, imaginary play calling where defense have to adjust to him instead of waiting to see a defense and then deciding what you're going to do from that like Shurmur.
I don't think Kelly would want to come here either so this might all be moot as I see him going somewhere such as San Diego or Philadelphia if and when those job openings happen.
