Since the Marlins are interested in shedding some payroll I have an idea:
Gardner & Nunez for LoMo & Nolasco
Will save the Marlins the 11M for the last year on Nolasco's contract, and enable them to get rid of LoMo.... Thoughts?... condemnations since this is my first post in a long long time?

Just need a bat to replace the lost production of Swisher. Worried about just signing Ichy....would rather save trades for the rotation....a 38 yr old and a 40 something is a slight concern unless the rotation is stacked with another ace...think back in 1998....how many #1 starters were in rotation?
