Royals willing to trade gordon, moustakas, and or hosmer for starting picthing. What about Hughes for Gordon? or Hughes for Moustakas (if A-Rod is traded)?

Think about this, you are getting 3 1st rounders who have not touched their prime and we will have to pay cano big $ into his decline years (which we can do if we like him enough).

i can see a Gordan for Hughes/Nova deal but if Tex didn't have a no trade clause i would try Texeria & Hughes for Gordan & Hosmer but that won't happen Originally Posted by JesusMontero

i am aware of that but Hughes is a guy who has shown that he can be dominant. Look at what happened to guys like Cliff Lee who had good stuff but were not elite. Then they change around some things and became great. I think Hughes could end up like that just because he has the ability. Also remember Gordan didn't really have a great year either he just got on a hot streak after the all star break Originally Posted by jej

more like hughes AND nova for gordon, maybe gets gordon. hes that good.

Gordon would take Nova, Phelps, and a decent spec at the least. If they are desperate
But if the Ms offer Paxton and Vargas you dont stand a chance

Guys, I live in KC and from what I'm hearing here in town is that the Royals are looking for a pitcher like David Price or someone of that talent level for one of Hosmer, Gordon, or Moose. Unless we have a hidden gem in our farm, no deal will be made.

I figured youd say Paxton, but i think you would agree that Hulzen and Walker have higher ceilings.
