It's good to have some Philly fans backing us up, given I'm a Flyers fan. I usually pull for the Eagles unless they are playing the Hawks or the Ravens.

At least...you have hockey coming up now. Maybe the Flyers can win a cup? It would be amazing to get a Lombardi and Stanley cup in the same year.

Or Aaron Kampman/Raheem Brock. Nick Reed is there as well. Bring them all in for workouts, we need some depth up front.

Ah I thought there was a rule about signing people in the post season..which is why people could sign Jacobs from the 9ers once he was cut, but he couldn't play.

This is really bad news I also gotta feel for RG3. Did you guys see how his knee contorted as he went to the ground? I just watched the highlight of it and just thinking about it makes me squeamish

Losing Clemons is gonna hurt big. Ray Edwards would be a bigger deal now more than ever. ATL hasn't changed their playbook so he could help us there. Irvin and Scruggs gotta come up BIG from here on out!!!

Bruce Irvin is fine playing the whole game. He's not great in the run, but so what, we are playing a heavy passing team next week, its all good.
    He felt that one

That's if we do in fact bring in Ray Edwards which I hope we do because he knows their offense and could give us some pointers about their defense as well

He worked out last week for us but didn't sign a contract. I have a feeling he'll be getting another call

Raheem Brock knows the system, don't you think he'd be a better fit schematically?

Report: Bears seek permission to interview Bevell

Report: Bears seek permission to interview Bevell

    Bevell AP

Darrell Bevell could be returning to the NFC North.

The second-year coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks, who previously spent five years with the Vikings and six with the Packers, has landed on the Bearsí radar screen.

According to Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times, the Bears have requested permission to interview Bevell. Under league rules, assistant coaches employed by teams that won in the wild-card round can be interviewed this week, but only if their current employer agrees to it. Per Jensen, permission is expected to be granted.

Bevell can thank rookie quarterback Russell Wilson for this development. Not even Bevellís work with Brett Favre helped nudge Bevell toward one of the 32 most coveted jobs in all of football.

I've always liked Bevell and he's been deserving of a head coaching gig for some time now. As much as it would pain me to say it, I hope he does get the job with the Bears
