Believe me…I will do my best, or more than my best, to get to the point of the playoffs. I’m not going to disappoint Howard and Chuck. Yeah that would really suck to trade Flynn, and get beat by him, but I'd be willing to trade to a divisional foe if they were offering the highest pick. I don't like the idea being thrown around sports radio that we could trade him for a bad contract. People were talking about Sanchez for Flynn. EWWWWWWW.

Why would we trade him for a bad contract? He's only guaranteed $10M and his contract is far from outrageous.

Rams winning at half, not that it means much to us.

Jason Collins claims he is the first openly gay NBA player despite the fact we witnessed the entire league bend the Lakers over all season.

Hmm.. seems like a strong case if it was conducted as described. That is a nullified test in the army if it was done like that.

ALL IN for 2013! Go Hawks!!

Is a reason Sherman has been so confident and sure he would beat it. Now we know what that reason is.

There also should be a witness. If so, the case is done. Probably why he opted to get his own attorney.

That is EXACTLY the same in the Air Force. a NEW cup must be inspected and a NEW specimen must be collected.

Sherman and his representatives argued that his tested urine sample was contaminated as a result of the second cup. If the collector confirmed the second cup's seal was broken, there would be grounds for Sherman escaping his suspension.

So all we need is the collector to confirm. Of course if collector is afraid of loosing his job he might lie and throw Sherman under the urine filled bus.

Course given how upbeat and positive Sherman was after the hearing I gotta believe the collector backed up Sherman.

My thought is if the urine sample was questioned, they'd have to subpoena the specimen collector. I wonder if the league has been waiting for Sherman's lawyer to pull the rabbit out of the hat...
