So it looks like Drew, Escobar, or Nakajima will man the SS duty for us next year. I'll take anyone of those.

Escobar has been traded to the Rays. There goes that option, didn't want that idiot anyways.

You'll regret saying that if Rosales or Sogard start in place for him at SS this year.

Lucky for you, Beane always has a plan in place. It will be Drew, Nakajima, or some sort of trade (Cabrera, Tulowitzki).

Would you give up the 3/4 prospects for Asdrubal though ?

Haha very tough to call. Like every trade, depends on the specs. One or two good spects and a couple throw ins would be fine for me

    True.

Weeks & Peacock + throw ins for Cabrera.....

    You pull that trigger ?

I definitely pull that trigger. Fills SS void, makes a Sizemore/Green competition at 2nd. For 2 years of Cabrera, I'd be stoked for that trade

And if Cleveland wanted Green as the so called ' throw in ' ?

Weeks, Peacock, & Green for Cabrera ?

I think Sizemore has it on lock with Rosales & Perrino battlling for the utility spot...

    SS - Cabrera
    2B - Sizemore

    Utility - Rosales/Perrino

True. Rosales as the backup makes sense. We'll have to wait and see

Just read that we are looking to get Peralta from Detroit if Drew falls through.

Yah i saw that, Peralta isn't a terrible option. Better hitter than Escobar, not necessarily as good on defense
