NLCS Game 7 Cardinals and Giants

I can't add the matchup to the original thread (makes the first post too long), so I decided to make another thread for game 7.

Lohse has a 1.96 ERA in three postseason starts this year, the latest a Game 3 win over the Giants and fellow Game 7 starter Matt Cain. Lohse tossed 5 2/3 innings of one-run ball in that outing, but struggled with his command as he walked five.

Cain lost Game 3, allowing three runs -- two on a Matt Carpenter homer -- in 6 2/3 innings. He hasn't been as impressive this postseason as he was in 2010, when he didn't allow an earned run, but he is the ace the Giants want on the mound in Game 7.

Gonna be interesting to see the ratings. Up against Monday Night Football. I'm sure the casual fan will watch the baseball game since it's a deciding game.

Me and my roommates are gonna set up two tvs in our living room and just watch both.... should be fun. I did it last year too when the cards played the brewers while it was bears/vikings

May not be really high ratings if it is raining, which appears it will be at some point.

You know it bro. Also here for the Cardinals. Went to a lot of games as a kid when I lived there. Hope their offense finally wakes up tonight.

I'm nervous and excited. I try not to get too emotionally involved in the game because I'm afraid of getting hurt, but better to have loved and lost in the playoffs than never to have made the playoffs at all. I'm proud of these guys either way.

I'm not sure if that made any sense.

    I want a 2006 rematch, though.
