Bucs placed LG Carl Nicks (toe) on injured reserve, ending his season.
The injury is reportedly similar to the one that ended the season of Cowboys ILB Sean Lee. Nicks has been battling it since early September. For the Bucs to end his season suggests a recent setback. A 2011 first-team All Pro selection and $47.5 million offseason signing by the Bucs, Nicks had been Tampa's best offensive lineman and one of the league's premier run-blocking guards. His loss is a blow to Doug Martin's surging fantasy value. Interior swingman Ted Larsen is expected to take over as the starter.

They said he had a toe injury, no clue it could be season-ending. He played great in the Minnesota game
Wow this year is completely in shambles.
I think we have to keep developing the guys that are healthy making them better, try to do the best we can and then hope these guys are healthy next year. I just really cant believe this ****

I really hope we can sign Jake Scott to a contract. He's easily the best guard on the market right now; the only reason he is unsigned is because he is looking for a contract that is more than the vet minimum.
