It would be a risk, no doubt. His addiction issues are a very big concern. But with the talent he has, I roll the dice. Its a pipe dream though. I doubt he gets anything less than a 5 year deal. It drives me nuts talking about this so early. I just see so many options and scenarios I drive myself mad over it haha. I just hope Cashman and Hal realize living off the long ball doesnt bode well in the postseason. I'd kill to have the 98 team back.
