Juan Dixon is a hard working player who was under valued because he's more of a scorer than a passer.

He had great skills as a passer/ball handler, shooter and good athletic skills coming out of college but no real position to play because of his 6'3" height, if he were a bit taller, he'd have been taken to play SG.

As a projected lottery pick, he fell into the 20's and was picked up as the best player left to a team that needed a point guard and scoring.

Because they had poor balance and an even poorer GM who had no idea how to maximize their talent and it worked against them.

They probably would've been better off not trading for Shaq as their previous team worked well together.
