I'd do it for the six million a year we were paying polanco...

A-rod on any NL team is a bad move. Guy is going to be a train wreck soon at 3rd base in terms of fielding.

The only problem is that he has another 5 years on his contract, so even if the yankees eat a large portion of the money we still have him until he's 42.
It's a shame that there's just no possible way we can do this, I actually think A-Rod would do pretty well at CBP and help us in the short term (which is how our team is built anyway).

It seems pretty clear that the over/under on games in the field is somewhere around 65. Any NL GM who trades for him should be fired out of hand.

Yeah, we're ****ed with A-Rod, but at least Ruben is gone.
