    2015 Draft Thread

I figure with us talking new coaches it might as well be time to start talking draft.

If we actually close well we should finish 9-7 and we will be mid first round.

    Who do you guys like?

1st - DE Shalique Calhoun MSU
2nd - OG Arie Kouandjio Bama
3rd - RB Jeremy Langford MSU

I like my MSU players, but both are really great players that would be around for our mid-round picks in each round.

In round 1 I want either

Trae Waynes (CB Michigan State) or Melvin Gordon (RB Wisconsin)

after that there are a group of interesting guys in rounds 2 and 3.

Id like to see us get either McKinney the LB from Miss St or Perryman from UM and also picking up another piece for the OLine.

Funchess is really interesting as well

I'm not sure everyone has noticed but Pouncey has been terrible at OG. Like bottom 10 in the league terrible. PFF ranks him 75th out of 80 OGs.

Now some of it might be the injury he is coming off of or playing OG for the first time in 5 seasons, either way he has been bad.

I noticed that too. He gets **** on regularly. I do believe it's mainly coming back from the injury. He said he wants to go back to center next season

Funchess is proj 1st Rd and Shaq top 10

    my 1st attempt

    R1 Todd Gurley RB Georgia
gave consideration to PJ Willams and Dorial Green Beckham. went with the best RB and someone that takes a huge load off of Tannehill's shoulders. not a fan of Duke or Gordon. Mike Davis is my 2nd choice RB but I just cant pass up Gurley even coming off injury

R2 Quinten Rollins CB/FS Miami (OH)
    R3 Jalen Collins CB LSU
    R4 Stephone Anthony LB Clemson
R5 Brandon Bridge QB South Alabama
    R6 Jamon Brown OT/OG Louisville
    R7 Jalston Fowler FB/TE/HB Alabama
    Take Notes Rook

Funchess is 2nd-3rd round right now after a injury pledge season and a bunch of drops. Still an awesome talent, just a big guy who always goes for the ball at the highest point.

I really like Thompson. Drafting Thompson to go with Jenkins and Tripp or maybe even Jordan in the future would be a great LB core but then again we may not need a LB. Jenkins will be here for awhile and Tripp and McCain are supposed to have mad potential. We seen some flashes of McCains potential so maybe we go after Waynes or a big time weapon for Tannehill
