Collect Calls fits the theme of the album more than any other bonus record just not the direct story. Punch from tde said they could have made it fit but it would have been a stretch.

I was giving this album to a friend and only had about 30 minutes to listen to the album before I did. I skipped around and listened to my favorites. Skipping around I felt like I cheated myself. This is a album that needs to be taken in as a whole.
