Analysis of future 2012 QB Class (legit thread)

First off, I was told in real life that my suggestion on RG III is stupid by friends. Trading RG III for Barkley etc. Maybe it was a little out there. Anyway, I was just curious to what you think the careers will be like for these qb's in this years draft longterm- Luck, Wilson, RG III, Tanneyhill, and Weeden?

Luck and RG III will be top 5 eventually. Tannehill may be top 10. Weeden and Wilson, not so much

Weeden is the most likely to not succeed long term.

I think Tannehill has the potential to be the best QB in the NFL. Luck and RGIII will be TOP 10 QBs, but I can see RGIII with injuries in the future. Weeden will be a middle of the pack QB, as is Wilson.
    through 06/28/2014...

2014 Giancarlo Stanton (on pace for)

    81/81 G
    .316/57/21/60/7 w/ 4.4 fWAR & 5.1 rWAR

He's comin' for that title, Mike Trout (on pace for)

    75/79 G
    .312/53/18/59/10 w/ 5.4 fWAR & 5.0 rWAR

I honestly think RG3 will be like Vick. Just wait till the hits pile up. Albeit, he is more talented than Vick. Luck will be a top 5QB, Tannehill could be a top 5 as well. Weeden is out of this league in 2-3 years. Wilson is okay, mid level QB.

    PSD's Shane Vereen.

This might be the first funny thing you've ever posted in here.

On topic, I still like Luck more than RGIII, but I'm starting to wonder if RGIII really was the better prospect. Tannehill I'm not sold on yet but has surprised me. He could actually develop into a solid starting quarterback. Wilson I think will fizzle out after this season and Weeden I don't think will ever do anything spectacular because, well, he plays for Cleveland.

    This.

When it's all said on done, Luck will be the best. Tannehill not far behind. RG3 will drop off and Wilson will be average. Weeden will be gone.
