i would take a long look at Delonte... with a veteran presence like we have, his issues aren't as big a worry. I also think MWP can help him out. I understand some of delonte's problems are true mental diseases but the dude has some series talent and could help us out on both sides of the court.
We would have to find a way to dump duhon or blake though...

Let's all be realistic. Even though the preseason "doesn't count", this is what I took away from it:
1. Our starting line-up is beyond rock solid. After about 15 games of gelling, it is going to be an incredible sight, unstoppable is the word that comes to mind.
2. Jamison is not doing what he is supposed to. He MUST be a spot up shooter, but he kept doing weird *** ****, like posting up at the elbow and refusing to shoot 3's. If he doesn't turn it around, he could fall out of the rotation completely. He needs to fill a role, because the ball won't be in his hands like it has throughout his career.
3. Blake is FINE! He plays really good D and he is the perfect compliment to kobe/pau/dwight when nash goes to the bench.
With those 3 things said, I believe that we should 100% sign either West or Richardson. I would side with West just because he can play either guard, hes solid on D, shoots the 3 effectively, and could eliminate the need for blake or duhon.

Yes, we all know that west is much better player than some of the pgs we have but the problem he has is his mental state one of the reason why mavs had a problem with him.this is a problem that he will always have

It seems like they don't know what to do in situations when a player acts like a rebel or doesn't get mentally in sync with everyone else.

I think Atlanta has a lot of players that could help us out that are on 1 year deals. If we don't it get going I could see a Pau and metta trade to the Hawks for Smith and one of their pg or shooters.
