Well damn. I literally focused on only Green and Peterson in the following free agency...both of them signed elsewhere for less money.

And I just won the Super Bowl, too...and have the free agency package for both of those positions... :cry:

Damnit, and Wells retired! And there weren't any centers in the draft that had higher than like a 20 awareness so I didn't want to waste a pick on that...

EDIT: Heh...so since I was gonna trade Finnegan if I managed to get Peterson anyway...I decided to just go to the team that signed Peterson and trade Finnegan (plus draft picks) for Peterson! Silly Peterson, you think you can get away from playing for me?

And I kinda wanna do the same for Green, since the Giants signed him to be their freaking #3 receiver...

lol when i was trying to get peterson it was between me and the falcons so i traded finnegan to the falcons (gutsy move) and raised my offer for peterson and he signed with me

Seriously though. The Giants signed Green to like a $10+m (or at least that's around what I was offering him) contract to be their #3 receiver! I was offering the same (if not more) to be my #1!
