    Spring Training- FINALLY

Heading out to my seventh Spring Training in 8 years.

Was curious to see if any of you will be out there at the same time.

    March 9- 19

We are staying in Phoenix, and could always use an extra golfer too.

    Tickets to the A's - White Sox, A's - Cubs, A's - Dback, and A's -Padres

I was targeting the weekend of March 8-10, but after my surgery I may have to cancel. Get your physicals at least once a year, it saved my ***!

    Laker's ,

I hear the A's were moving in with the Cubbies to their new stadium next year. It's going to be an smaller scale model of Wrigley.

You have to get out there. 32 ounce beers, 81 degree weather, 15 teams within an hour of one another. I have seats right next to the A's dugout, first row, cost $30 a seat, can't beat it. Two years ago, Chavey threw me a ball, and got my pic with Godzilla and Carter.Wait a tick, maybe I'm the Angel of Death after all.

Serioulsy, it's the greatest time in the world out there, but then again it is 19 degrees in Philly right now.

    Daily routine:

    Wake up/Come to
Hit the Pool to clear the head
Get in an early round of golf
Go to the game around 12
Get tons and tons of autographs
Put down three or four 32 ouncers
Head to the nearest after-game pub
    Have a few margies
    Go back to the hotel
Float my fat *** around the lazy river while some waitress brings drinks to my raft
    Pass out
Have some dinner at the hotel
Drinks by the patio fire overlooking Phoenix.

Then do it all over again, the next day.

If any of you go out, let me know.

Nah, the A's are moving into the old Cub's spring training stadium. Cubs are getting a new one to themselves.

HoHoKam Park then. While it isn't remotely close to being new, it's still better than Phoenix Muni. and perhaps even the O.com or whatever sh%$# sponsor they get this year.

Cheeze, are you doing a Fantasy league this year for A's fans only?

I'm not gonna start one again, wasn't worth the hassle. Hardly anyone managed their rosters, most people abandoned their teams pretty quick lol. It was only me and maybe 3-4 others competing all the way through.

    Stash,

I certainly understand. I was hoping to defend my "American League" crown.

Lakers, I'm in if you decide to have one.

Yeah I dunno, I just couldn't get into our league. I won my other league lol. I wanted to make some trades and it just seemed difficult to have discussions to do that. I'll probably join again if we decide to do it.

The sad thing is... I was updating my Roster most of the season, but you just couldn't tell. My team sucked balls. lol
    49ers, Athletics, Warriors = Life!

    49ers = 7-5
Warriors = 16-2 Making it rain!
    A's =

I'd do a fantasy team but i'd want to do one where you only set your roster once a week. Everyday was to much
    Therefore he doesn't exist

You can set it a week in advance. There are tabs for each day.

This is why I didn't want to play - too time consuming...
