There have 4-5 plays where he has lunged forward and got popped in the lower back. I will say he's been better about it

I haven't seen him do that i mean he will lunge forward but he doesn't try to run over a defender with his shoulder.

Russell Wilson on first take this morning i like his response to the Rookie Of The Year Award cares more about winning than Stats and i agree i would rather have a QB that can get it done instead of one who is flashy and loses games.

Can't believe that there would be any debate now. This thread should be re-named " Can the hawks get a good pick for Flynn in the off season".

I am glad Flynn is on the team this year. He is better than any backup the hawks have had in a long time. If Wilson did get hurt, i think Flynn could still keep is in the hunt for a playoff spot.

Before the draft i was all over Flynn but after i found out we drafted Wilson i was kind of excited see i think Flynn could be a good QB but the ceiling for Wilson was so much better with his arm talent and mobility.

I was so closeto buying a Flynn jersey at the beginning of the season, glad I got Thomas instead. My excitement for Flynn was huge, just wanted to see what he could have done. Whatever now, Flynn wouldn't start unless Wilson is hurt or we lock down a playoff sport early.

He has been better than Sanchez, Cutler, Vick, Weeden, Gabbert, Cassell, Tannehill, Kolb, Fitzpatrick, Newton based on my opinion of their stats. You could also argue for Romo, Ponder and Luck.

Plus he is 11th in Passer Rating, but some of his other stats aren't as great. The conservativeness is probably responsible for the high rating.
