    Kupchak's Big Mistake

Letting go of Gerald Green will prove to be Mitch's Big Miss as his career moves along. I will be closely monitoring the progress of Mr. Green this year. I was a big advocate for bringing him in this offseason for a second chance with the Lakers. Having Green with Howard would have set us up sweet for years to come.

It's not only Mitch's miss.......I know..............but the Pacers will reap the rewards of having this guy on their team. Just so you know......last game......18pts., 6 rebs, 2 st

Okay, first, Mitch's big mistake was signing Steve Blake, who many people consider to be the anti-Christ. Personally, I like Blake, but if you're going to make a mistake it probably shouldn't be signing the anti-Christ to your roster.

Second, I commend you for "closely monitoring" this player's development. If he turns out to be a great player, you should write a long article about how this destroys Mitch's reputation as the best deal-maker in the league, because frankly the guy is getting a little big for his britches. (You make a few trades, you win a few titles, and presto, you think you're a success.)

I like Gerald, but its the pre season and his stats right now are irrelevant. I don't think he will be an all star.

His biggest mistake was trading Caron Butler for Kwame Brown.

Dude stop it. He's been in the NBA since 2005 and hasn't done anything of significance other than the cupcake blowout the candle dunk in the dunk contest. I'm really sick of everyone overrating this guy for 7 yrs now. Potential, potential, potential.

I mean this is the NBA, produce and impress the scouts and the organization you're playing for or go play overseas.

As the other guy said, green has been in the league for seven years, and hasn't done anything. His potential already ran its course and this is the player you see now, just nothing. Your not gonna see much improvement on him if any at all.

Just stop it, the Gerald green train has been closed for seven years now.

you've got to be kidding me, the guy is flat out the BEST GM in the league, this post is ridiculous.

You sound like the idiots that were bashing him last year for tading LO, how'd that work out?

    1. If Gerald Green becomes Scottie Pippen I will give you a million dollars.

    2. Kwame did not get us Pau, Marc Gasol got us Pau. Kwame wasn't the reason they made that trade. Marc is an all star now.

PS: do you know how good Pippen was? This guy could guard anyone right now including Russell Westbrook and Derrick Rose. He's one of the top 50 players of all time. This guy won't even become Danny Granger. Pippen was one of the greatest defenders of our era.
