I think you keep it the way it is. The only one I can think of leaving off is Mota. But then who do you replace him with? Hensley? It's like choosing between what you would rather clean up, elephant **** or hippo ****?

Leave off Zito, add Pill or Burriss.
I games like game 3 where Bochy uses his whole bench early it'd be nice to have another position player.
Hell, add Whiteside if you want to free up Hector to pinch hit.
But Zito should be dropped. He obviously is not going to start in the NLCS and has no other role. Plus, he sucks

But he won 15 games this year and they won his last 12 starts. He's a good pitcher.

I'd like to leave Mota off, but you'd need another arm and I just don't see Loux/Otero/Hensley/Penny as a better option.

I'd like to carry an extra outfielder if at all possible. Be it Brown, Peguero, or Christian. These guys can't possibly be worse than Huff hitting, and would actually give some versatility.
Just gives us more options in a manner that doesn't involve weakening the defense if we use Huff/Nady as a pinch hitter.
Drop one of Zito, Mota, or Huff. Blanco can't be our only speed/+defender guy on the bench, since he'll be starting more than likely.

I would definitely drop Huff and Zito. They would be replaced with Cabrera and Peguero (or Hensley).

If the Giants insist on keeping Zito on the roster (subsequently leaving Lincecum in the bullpen), I'd think about replacing Mota with a speedy outfielder.

Bochy made the almost fatal mistake of starting Zito game 4, I can't imagine he would do that again. If he does I never want to hear about playoffs Bochy-god mode again.
