Nash makes literally every player better. If I'm starting a team, that's a really important factor.

Prime Nash won back to back MVPs. Wades peak was great, but Nash's longevity is incredible.

If you're only taking them for one year at their peak...probably Wade...but I'll definitely take Nash for the long haul.

I voted Wade because I can but in all seriousness, I do kinda agree with this. Nash has been a very durable player on top of everything you said and in a very important position considering where the NBA is heading. Also, he can run an effective half-court offense along with playing a fast pace style. I

However, I do wonder how people would feel about Wade had he not won it all in 2006, especially considering the comments I read about him nowadays. Amazing what a ring can do for a guy.

If Wade/Nash is the only player given then you almost have to choose Wade. Wade has shown that he can lead a team to a championship. Nash has not.

I think if you are just starting a team, with no outside context. You have to go nash, he is one of the few players in NBA history with such a knack for making his team better almost single handedly.

There is a difference between making your team better though and totally carrying a team. I feel like Wade could make a legit playoff run with a mediocre core. I don't share the same sentiment about Nash.

lol on the contrary, nash has had more playoff success with mediocre teams,which he carried then wade has.. besides shaq/lebron times..actually, wade has not proven he can actually even take a team to the playoffs carrying a team.
